Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

Account Creation, Security & Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the aladin99 platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being terminated without prior notice.
The full name registered on your aladin99 account must match the name on your official identification document and the bank account used for transactions. Any mismatch in information may result in delays or rejection of withdrawal requests.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. aladin99 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the aladin99 support team immediately and change your password without delay.
Account Suspension & Closure
Aladin99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has engaged in fraud, match manipulation, multi-accounting, use of unauthorised third-party software, or any conduct that violates these terms. Any legitimate funds in an account closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the user once the review process is complete.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the aladin99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and internet banking from major Malaysian banks. aladin99 does not accept direct payment in foreign currencies, and any currency conversion required is entirely the user's responsibility.
Deposit
Funds deposited into your aladin99 account are intended solely for use on the platform's services. Deposits are typically credited within the timeframe stated on the payment page, depending on the chosen method. aladin99 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. If funds are not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for further investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the aladin99 account holder. aladin99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain thresholds. Processing time is 1–24 business hours depending on the method used. Any fees charged by the receiving bank are the user's responsibility.
Unauthorised Transactions
In the event of a technical error resulting in unauthorised credits being added to your account, aladin99 reserves the right to correct the error and withdraw the affected credits without prior notice. Use of credits obtained through technical errors or fraud does not entitle the user to retain such funds or any winnings derived from them.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
General User Responsibilities
You agree to use the aladin99 platform only for lawful purposes and within the limits set out by these terms. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including betting decisions and financial transactions made. Sharing your account with any other individual is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or operate the platform without written authorisation from aladin99.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Registering an account using a false identity or assuming another person's identity.
- Engaging in any activity that may damage, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the aladin99 platform or the experience of other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Limitation of Liability
Aladin99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions. aladin99's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
